Doorways & Windows
This hand painted Emilia Bottle (by Bormioli Rocco) is a typical small Italian village scene. Two shuttered windows - one with rectangular purple shutters and the other with arched blue shutters set against a beige brick wall. Each window ledge is filled with potted flowers while a gorgeous pink and white bougainvillea climbs up the wall. At the base of the window is a small round table with more potted plants and a water pitcher.
I lived in Italy and Cyprus for many years and traveled throughout Europe, what I loved the most were the lovely little villages with small streets and lovely courtyards. I decided to do a series of bottles with picturesque scenes from different countries. Enjoy.
Serve water, soda, infusions, and juices in this classic hand painted Emilia Bottle by Bormioli Rocco. It holds 1 liter, making it the perfect beverage bottle for your table or picnic. I, myself, love this bottle for storing olive oil - it's perfect and looks fantastic on the kitchen counter.
The loop ceramic and rubber plug makes an airtight closure that preserves the aroma and scent of drinks, keeps beverages fresh and tasty, and protects against spills. The Emilia bottle is perfect for classic bottle lovers! You’ll love bringing it out at brunch or just dressing your table up a bit for a simple dinner.

I do not recommend putting this into the dishwasher, over time the paint may wear in the dishwasher. I strongly advise hand washing with a gentle soap and use a soft towel to hand dry. This item is NOT microwave safe and should not be frozen. Please do not wash with bleach based soap or bleach alternative. Never soak any hand painted glassware for any period of time, as it can dull the luster in the paint
If care is taken - this glassware will last for many years to come.
